T&L Property Management & Sales was formed in March of 2001. Since that time our management portfolio has grown to over 225 residential properties. We are a full service property management company specializing in unfurnished residential property management in the Scottsdale, Tempe & Phoenix area. Our clients include private investors and individuals who are in need of generating income on their investment properties. We believe in working closely with our clients to identify their individual needs and goals in effort to bring value to their investments, as well as confidence and security to their well being.
