As a potential Tenant/Renter of T&L you will find that we will respond quickly and efficiently to your questions, concerns and requests. We have found a happy Tenant is a Tenant who will want to stay beyond their initial term of the lease which benefits both you and the Owner. This saves moving costs for you and “get ready” cost for the Owner.
What is your application fee?
Our application fee is $25. This fee is to process a credit and background check. If two people want to be on the lease the fee is $50 per applicant.
Who do I make rent payable to and where do I pay rent?
Rent is payable to T&L Property Management & Sales. Please mail rent to 6380 E. Thomas Road, Suite 326, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Alternatively, you can pay your rent online.
How much does it cost to move into a rental?
There is a refundable security deposit which is at a minimum equal to one months rent, a cleaning fee, first months rent, and if applicable a pet deposit.
